So what are all of you game developers doing for Halloween? What do people like us do? I'm still trying to decide.

I went to a Halloween party last week dressed as a Ninja, with a sign on my chest that said, "plz" ...I'll pause a second for the joke to set in...
Today everyone at work is dressed up, but I was too afraid to wear my costume. :P

!!!!
I'm trying to decide if I want to go to a party or sit at home and dev or something. It really would all come down to the man to lady ratio at said party...

We're inviting a few friends over to play rock band and board games and giving out candy to kids in our apartment complex.

I say go have fun at the party!
I'm pretty much a loner myself, but I had a great time at the party I went to. The awesomeness that is Elysian Shadows can survive one night on its own.

I doubt I'll do anything special, nobody comes to my house because i live in the middle of nowhere. I might go hang out with friends, or sit home and do whatever.

Rent 3 or 4 movies. Pass out candy. Eat candy. Do lua while watching horror movies (yeah, I'm serious. ;P)
Then hopefully my girlfriend will show up later to accompany me with my hardcore movie watching.
That's about it for me. ;P

Any suggestions for the movies?
So far I'm thinking:
- Silent Hill (haven't seen)
- evil dead: army of darkness (classic)
and...What?
Halloween? Leprechaun series? Hellraiser? Classic or new? I want something "scary" as well as gory, so not something like Cube or saw (lacking in the 'scary'). Lemme know if you've got anything.

My fiancee (you know her name ;p) says that Descent was really scary in a make-me-want-to-read-hold-my-bible way. She also says "Dolly Dearest" is pretty creepy. Also, what about something like The Shining or The Exorcist? Descent and Dolly Dearest both have gore. Dunno about the other two.

Was Descent that one where they go in the cave and meet creatures? That was a completely and totally BAD ASS video. THAT is the kind of thing that you need to be watching to get your girlfriend scared and vulnerable. Do it.

I've got a static cap at 4 movies. My original list was:
Halloween (classic)
Sleepy Hallow (scary? It was when I was younger, don't remember fully)
Evil Dead: Army of darkness (setimental and BADASS)
Silent Hill
I'm thinking I'll scratch off Sleepy Hallow in favor of The Descent. Actually, I am. ;P
Sleepy hallow was too lengthy, despite it being a relative classic...Plus I've seen it.
New list looks like:
Halloween
Descent
Silent Hill
Evil dead: Army of darkness.
And, finally...I'm highly considering replacing 'Halloween' with Children of the Corn.
