Hyper Shadow, the time has come for our ultimate adventure

For those of you that don't know, Hyper Shadow and I trade off spending the night at each other's house every weekend. When he comes to my house, we have a routine of sleeping on the trampoline, then embarking on some arduous journey into the woods or creek.

This time is the mother of all adventures. The journey of journeys. Every other adventure was just working up to this one: We're walking to the mall.

I'm sure none of you know how far this is. It is so far, that everybody I've ever even talked to said that it was impossible. Nobody would ever think about walking there. It is the next city over. The adventure will be through forests, fields, creeks, highways.

We're going to wake up at like 5:00 to start on this journey. This weekend Hyper shadow, BE THERE!

Whatchu think?

You know, If I was allowed to leave my tiny little neighborhood, I'd walk all the way to Alabama and find YOU!!!

Or maybe I'd just walk a couple of miles to Werdna Ten's house.

If I were you, I'd take a couple of pocket knives that I could leave somewhere outside the mall where no one could find them.

Dude, Taco bell? Of course. EVERYTHING is on the way. We're walking to the next city foo.

One absolute stop is barnes and noble. We'll check out the programming books and drink frappiccos and all sorts of coffee like we're special or something.

I love adventures. I live for them. Ooooh, I'm so excited. Start sucking up to your mom, Hyper Shadow, so we can go on the adventure.

I am comming on this great journey. Hey, be happy, one more person to help hold the backpack!

According to the car's odometer it's 8.7 miles. How long do you people think this whole trek will take? Leaving at five, walking 8.7 miles, going to a movie or walking around the mall, and walking home. That'll take a shitload of time if you ask me. :D

2-3 hours getting there.

Also, Hyper Shadow, there is a taco bell in the mall, foo!

Dang

Good luck on the journey

Once i ran like 26 miles it was hard. So probably that 8.6 miles would be easy to walk.

WATCH OUT FOR THE JUMPING HOBOS

Bring all that you gots. And I dont' think it is really 8.7 or whatever miles. I think we didn't start the distance thing until we were almost home. So count on it being farther.

Probably about twenty minutes per mile walking (judging from slow gym class runners). 20 mins * 9 miles (20 mins/3 miles is one hour) = three hours.

Soo......about 8 hours in all? What's the point in leaving so early?Unless we're seeing a movie, or staying out more than 2 hours, I don't see why we should leave so early.

Arce, why would we walk to the mall & not see a movie or stay more than 2 hours?

We did it. We walked all the way to the mall. My feet were rubbed so raw, they were litterally burning in my shoes. I brought three pairs of shoes, and changed every couple miles. That didn't help. My muscles didn't even ache. I could of walked forever if my damn feet weren't like that.

I don't know what it was. They were just flaming and every step I took made them hurt more. When I got home, I inspected my feet and I'm missing huge chunks of fless and several blisters and callisses have formed.

But anyway, we went a few miles following the creek, then we climbed up and followed the railroad tracks just before ascending to a cotton field. After that, we went through the cotton field and jumped ~15 feet down into the other creek (a hard as hell task with a backpack). We followed that creek and eventually ascended at a school.

At that school, we ate breakfast (a nice cold Frappuccino and a chocolate granola bar). After that, we just basically walked through many streets. We got so lost that in the end we ended up walking miles in the other direction. That pissed us off really bad, so we just looked at the general direction, and walked there through fields and stuff.

At the mall, we walked MORE. We just walked around checking things out. We got our Baja Blast from Taco bell. We also played "Donkey Konga" for the Lamecube. That game is t3h sch1zz0rs.

We also saw "Alien vs Predator". That movie, despite what I though, ended up being a hell of a good one. I advise everybody to go to the movies and watch it. The stroryline is really great too.

Freddy Vs. Jason < Alien Vs. Predator

Yes, then we walked more, and more and MORE!

As SS told you, we ended up walking an extra 3 miles due to lostness.
