Because I'm an asshole I'm going to pick three instead of one. Lost, South Park, and Dexter.

Lost: Really, if you manage to not miss an episode its such a great series. But if you miss an episode than it sucks a lot.
South Park: The only show that has been consistently hilarious since its creation. I watch it every Wednesday night, and yes, I'm going to watch it tonight.
Dexter: Serial killer forensic scientist? Count me in.

yeah i refuse to call it buy its real name, i guess growing up in a hospital it just makes me mad seeing how they miss portray everything. also grays anatomy is horrible inaccurate. the only inaccurate medical show i like is scrubs.

i love the office too(thats my fav of all time). but i recently got into bones and im addicted.

For the record...I can't stand Grey's Anatomy. And Scrubs is hilarious.

I'm with trufun.. House is awesome, Grey's Anatomy.. meh, and Scrubs is funny as hell.

Medicine has absolutely nothing to do with what makes House a good show. It's the characters. House is just a badass.

The show itself is very episodic:

0:02 - Random person is performing some mundane task and falls over, bleeding from the mouth.
0:15 - House suspects that it might be MS or Lupis.
0:30 - House makes a crack about Cutty's cleavage.
0:45 - House talks to Wilson and has an epiphany.
1:00 - Patient is cured.

But damnit, I love it!

we have very different definitions of what "badass" means.

HOUSE is my absolute favorite, hands down.

Oh yeah, I just remembered one more, Nip/Tuck. I'll admit they've had a couple crappy seasons, but they also had some amazing seasons. The new season starts in January, hell yes.
