I get my fair share of retarded messages on Youtube, but this is my new favorite:

Hey do you want to join my project? we are 12 at the moment but we are in need of programmers such as: lua, c++,c#, like anything, php would be cool too.
Its in 3d, we already have 1 on sound, we would need some more, 1 programmer (need 5-7 more) alot of modelers, animation, effects,
If you want you can group with us and we will post credit and the game on our site so they maybe got to pay for it so we will get money, what do you think about that?
Sorry guys, I guess that Elysian Shadows will just have to carry on without me!

I cringe every time I see an "advert" for a SUPER AWESOME REVOLUTIONARY 3D GAME and the person starting is the "designer" and is recruiting programmers, artists, and composers to their game.
Aka, "I had a good idea, you should make it for me."
I don't ever get asked to work on someone else's projects, but because I have those C++ and VB with Winsock tutorials, I keep getting PMs requesting I tell them how to make an mmorpg. -_-
