Like literally--an entire thing in one sitting. I just got back from the gym, and I'm staaarving. I got serious about my workout routine again. I'm trying to hit 200lbs, and I needed some protein.
...I just ate an entire bird.

Actually, yeah. For your height, that's pretty damn good.
I am fluctuating between like 180 and 185 right now at 5'10".

Actually rotisserie chicken isn't too bad if you're working out. Maybe not an ENTIRE, granted. But your muscles will love you for it.
As for me, It's sad. After I broke up with my ex I gained a bit of weight because I stopped cooking meals or having meal cooked for me, and just started eating food from the convenience store down the road. A lot of, INSTANT things. Now that I'm out of my "depression" I'm starting to eat healthy again and work out.
Also, I've become so neurotic about the gym, which isn't unusual since I'm neurotic about everything else. I mean, for awhile there was talk about that virus going around, and a rash because people don't wipe off their machines afterward. And it drove me fucking insane. For awhile I wanted to wear latex gloves to the gym, but a buddy said that'd make me seem like a fag. It just drives me fucking crazy because I used to LOVE going to the gym, I'm so miserable
I can't check out library books either, because who knows who's house it's been in. They've probably taken a shit while reading the book, ugh, I hate it. Every fucking thing gets on my nerves...
Oh right, I'm 6'5" used to be flux between 214-220, but the last I checked I was 240-250 =\
But hey, I have started to jog obsessively, and I do crunches and push-ups obsessively now to get back to 214. I'm thinking of ponying $200 for a machine here in the apartment, but everytime I get some money I buy games. (other than when I pay bills.)

dude 240 for 6'5 is not that bad.
well that depends where the 240 is at. if you have a muscular build then 240 is not that bad.
well everytime i do the BMI thing i get mad
BMI Categories:
* Underweight = <18.5
* Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
* Overweight = 25-29.9
* Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
my BMI usually fluxuates between 27.5 - 29.5, and there is no way im overweight. BMI does not acount for
muscle mass. for 6'2'' id have to weigh 175 LBS. hhaha, i would feel like a weakling at that weight.

Yeah, I'm pretty damn overweight by BMI standards and I have a very low fat ratio.

With BMI I land right in the center of normal weight at around 22. Its really because I have absolutely zero heavy muscle, anything I have is lean. I really wouldn't have the motivation to get jacked up like a little tank, I fill up pretty fast so I don't really want to crank up on protein and hit the gym. For the wrestling thing, I would be really bad at it. I don't know, I just really have a hard time getting down and dirty with a guy for the fun of it. I don't want to sound like I am ragging on wrestlers, I am friends with a lot of them, I just don't like 'touchy' sports, haha. I play tennis and there is a net between the people.

This year, I finally got my shit together. My weight has always been a roller coaster. Growing up, I was the fat kid, but I lost most of my weight in high school. Buuuut, along came college and beer, and thus my weight went right back up.
I went for a regular checkout with my doctor, and he told me what I needed to hear - he said, "Chris, you're terribly out of shape." I knew that in the back of my head, but I needed to hear it from somebody else... Those words have echoed through my brain ever since.
So, I cut out the fried food and started focusing on high protein and high fiber - and hit the gym 3 times a week.
I'm 6'0" tall, and in March I weighed 221 and by November I weighed 160.
Since then I'm back around 165 (Thanksgiving and leftovers didn't help), but what I really need to do it build muscle mass.

hehe, i mean i think loosing as much weight as you did is a major accomplishment, i have respect for that.
if you like being 160, hey by all means go for it.
160 at 6' you cant be carrying much muscle, so maybe just work out, so some free weights.(nothing above id say 80-100 lbs) you wont notice your build get bigger, but you will add 20 pounds of strong lean muscle easy. and nothing burns calories like muscles.
