Bible Adventures Noah's Ark thread

Since I didn't feel comfortable hijacking my other thread about remakes. ;P
So I've been redoing the Noah's Ark game from Wisdom Tree's Bible Adventures (unlicensed NES game)
Spent two hours on the first day redoing the tiles, four hours the next day recreating the first level, a little bit today doing the coding and collision detection.
A screenshot of the level, but the remade sprites pasted on top. =P
Taking a break from coding and being too snowed in to go x-mas shopping, I decided to start on the music. As you all remember(?) the music is pretty bad...:

I ripped it out of the game, slowed it down a bunch and came up with this:
Now to start on making several versions of the song for different levels? Or just to see what I can come up with.
Base song: http://www.moosader.com/BibleAdv.mid
Reqiuem for a Cow: http://www.moosader.com/RequiemForACow.mid
Still learning the way around my new keyboard, even slowing the tempo down a lot made it hard to record my first one, though it doesn't help that the notes are seemingly random. I'll have to rerecord (ugh) Reqium, as it sounds kinda weird, and the strings aren't really loud enough (though I guess I can change that in a midi editor)
