Our internet is down for some reason-- not TV, just internet. I've checked it, my stepdad's checked it, and can't figure out why it isn't working.
Comcast says the soonest they can check it out is monday.

Sucks that school is not in session atm, guess I'll try out the local coffee shop after work. >_>

That really sucks. If you really need to go online, may I suggest car-wifi hunting around your neighborhood? I know its illegal to *ahem* steal intranets, but hey, you have to do what you have to do.

Actually, I found out that if I sit in the living room I get the wifi from neighbors across the street.

Ah, wardriving. I wish I still had DS2key on my DS, need to put that back on thar.

That's Comcast for you, heaven forbid that they come out just for one person. I had a final due online on a Sunday once and the internet(only, of course) went out that Friday night. We begged, pleaded, even tried to bribe them, but they absolutely would not come out until Monday. Thankfully, I noticed them doing power cycles or something throughout the night and by Saturday afternoon, it was working again.

I've heard stories of people with neighbors who have the same service actually helping each other out when only one person is having an issue by calling in themselves and saying that they were having an outage.

But hurrah for war-driving.

It's back up now! It was weird without it. I'm so used to watching youtubes and talking to people online all day, and then poof. Alone and without my Deceased Crab videos. :'(
As a metric, I probably watch Let's Plays more than you guys watch porn.

yeah me internet was down for like 2 days and I was bored as hell. Specially cause its like 2 degrees outside so to cold to go do anything I just deved and played video games.

I am contemplating devving, playing video games, or napping seeing as I got no sleep last night. x_x
Also kind of want to draw and play the piano.
I don't know what to draw.

Ooh, that gives me an idea.

Yeah, I've been contemplating getting comcast because they just came into this area and they have a decent package, but there are so many horror stories.

Also, when my net is down I get no sleep either, it's the weirdest thing. Just not having net makes me miserable for some reason!
