OMFG! (I'm at school now)

I am trying to download my game, wich is in a rar file. Everyone tells me, just click save as. But when I try to save all of the random millions of charactors that popp up, I can only save it as a .htm or html. That's no good. I guess I'll just have to burn it to CD. But can anyone help me? Mrs. Finly said she can't do anything, and asked why they call it a "rar" (She's our school computer technition. o.o

Never save a binary file in something like notepad..... it does things.. horrible things.

I took the liberty of downloading winrar to the shitty school computers, and it still didn't do shit.
