I want to know why should I buy the OpenGL SuperBible, or why I should not. Post YOUR opinion! Thanks :)

That's the exact book that I used. But I don't know your experience level. Do you have any idea what you're doing with C++ or SDL?

Don't just read the book. Make a game or two (say, tic tac toe, pong, etc.). Then you should have enough experience (though I haven't really tried openGL yet ;) ).

I've already programmed some games, including pong and some strange kind of space invaders. So... do I have enougth experience?

I'd say yes... It should be fine.

But even if it is too advanced, you can always hold onto it for later. ;)

Isn't the ebook available online for free somewhere?

Anyway, there's a new version of OpenGL out, they may release a new SuperBible soon.

I have the book for a class, but I haven't read through it yet. Still just go to Nehe and Videotutorialsrock.com if I get stuck with some OpenGL stuff... :P
