Apparently Jfail's game is almost the exact same as this little game I found while browsing through a few games out of boredom.

try playing this on a laptop... not that easy
And yeah, same genre, pretty fun, but hardly groundbreaking, although some might argue that new and original isn't always better... but this type of game certainly isn't the greatest indie game ever.

You mean on a touch pad??? i am playing on a laptop, with a mice, and it is going pretty good. The game is actually pretty funny(until you get the best gun, and there is no fell of progress at all)
But you right, it looks alot like JForce's game.

Lol yeah I know what you mean...
And yeah, the game JForce is making looks good and all, but it just seems like a generic top down shooter like that flash game, it's fun, but not original.
And putting in the most diverse characters in the game doesn't make it original

I did, this morning, with one hand... while eating breakfast. Seriously. Beat
that!
Seems like a fun game, and it'll give JForce something to aspire to. I'll have to give it another go when I dig out my USB mouse and aren't eating.

Hahah!! I can only last 12 waves on that game doing is normal. Anyways I just find it humorous how Jfail rants about how great their indie game is going to be and yet there are already hundreds of copies of the exact same styled game that is perhaps going to be even better than theirs.

LOL I'd laugh if this Flash game pwns theirs (most likely a TRUE statement)
Code: Select all
if (jforce_success == true)
{
KillSelf();
}
else
{
Laugh(9000);
}
public void Laugh(int amount)
{
for (int i = 0; i < amount; i++)
{
Console.WriteLine("Hahahaha!");
}
}
That is my Console Application in C# for JForce's Success...
