I've been watching high-tech war movies and on most of them the brung up sound waves killing people. How is that possible??

Would you be able to see part of the explosion if your eyes exploded, or shattered?

Yeh i know but the sound waves only "pops" the heart but not the body or anything. But there is no evidence that there has been a murder, so the heart didn't literally pop, it just stops

Well, I'd theororize that you would see visual evidence. As the heart pumps your blood thoughout the body, the popping of it would have quite an impact.

I think that a vein or artery or something would burst due to the force of the popped heart. Now that, you might not even be able to see. Probably just look like a terrible bruide.

Or, their mouth would trickle with blood like you see in the movies. I think that some major oriphis would have signs of the incident.

I don't think a vibration would just stop your heart without phisical injury.

what could happen would be that the sound wave would be so amplified that it would just vibrate you to death...

well the way it would work is...yeah. vibrations...thats all sound waves are. It can shatter glass if it goes high enough (the crests and troughs are closer together, higher frequency also results...which is how many crests/troughs pass by a set point in a set amount of time) it vibrates the glass so that it shatters ( I think). now...to do this to a human, you dhave to go much higher, since...well...humans are sturdier than glass right? i mean...we've got bones and all that. which probably means that what would "shatter" on a human would be things like your eyes, and your ear drums. not really "deadly" but quite painful. and impedimentive.

then there's questions about what equpipment youd need, and how to aim it, blah blah blah.

trigun has some stuff on that...in the manga. midvalley the hornfreak uses sound waves to kill people...but its not really EXPLAINED...
