Interesting thing is that microsoft actually copied sony's cell processor technology... and the Ps3 is actually more powerful and is actually easier to program on...

360. PS3 is definitely NOT worth the money. You can get all that and more in the 360 anyways.

PS3 is more worth the money than the 360. The xbox has cheap prices to buy, but for the online ,which is a big consideration for me since I play a lot of online, the xbox makes you pay for it unlike any other game console. This quickly increases the price of your 360. Also the PS3 includes a blueray player which are very expensive (the cheapest on Amazon is £150/$225) and I appreciate my films in the best quility.
The xbox also seems to break alot (red ring of death or something like that) which will leave you unable to play on it until microsoft replaces it.
Also the PS3 controller is a lot better, it is more comfortable in to hold, it has sixaxis, looks better and can plug into the console to charge instead of having to have batteries.

You can also plug your 360 controllers in. You have the cord for a reason >.> I just hate the PS3.. No offense but i hate it.

as someone who owns both consoles there are things I like about both consoles. they each have there positive points and each have things that suck. it just all depends on what you like.

360 > ps3, in my opinion. More games I'm interested in, plus creators club, kthx.

My handhelds still get the most love though.

You plug in the controller with PS3 too... to charge it

At a hardware standpoint, PS3 is better than the 360.
At a multimedia standpoint, PS3 is better than the 360.
At a reliability standpoint, PS3 is better than the 360.
At a price standpoint, PS3 is better than the 360.
At a graphical standpoint, PS3 is better than the 360.
At an online standpoint, PS3 is better than the 360.
At an "OMG I just spent so much money on this console and all these accessories for a load of crap which will quickly die out and become outdated in the very near future" standpoint, 360 wins there...
