To Any of You That Have a Job And/Or Have Had a Job...

I'm trying to get a job at the moment (first one, woot!). I finally got an interview scheduled. I was just wondering, what should I be expecting from the interview? What sort of questions will they ask?
Thanks!

One of the questions that is pretty standard is "What's your biggest flaw?". Now whatever you do don't give that "My biggest flaw is I work too hard" BS. Be honest on that one. Everyone else will be giving the BS so answering honestly will score you points.
Now I'm not saying tell the whole truth, you may need to bend the facts a bit.

What the?
You haven't even told us what company/position you're interviewing for. You're going to get maybe 10 seconds of the character trait bullshit, but if you're applying for something like a programming position, things go drastically different from there on.

Not even the company, but just the general area. It's on this forum, so I'm guessing it's in the game industry..? It'll definitely depend on the position you're applying for.

Yeah, it's for a Target Greatland, my aunt is a manager there, so I'm hoping I'll get it.

Sales is stuff like "if your manager asks you to do something and a customer asks you for something while you're doing it what do you do"
and answers like
"Do what the customer wants (<-duh, easy) because if you have dissatisfied customers they don't come back and don't spend money at the store which means I don't have a job anymore."
seem to impress.
In short, the answers that get the customer service ASAP. If you're helping a customer, get someone else to help customer #2 and make sure that somebody actually shows up. Also, questions about biggest strength, biggest weakness, time management (if nobody is in the store, you straighten shelves as you walk by, etc).
