FACEPLANT

I was swimming today, and I was going to do a trick where you do like... a somersault in mid-air, which usually if you do it right, you'll land only about 1 foot under the water, so I assumed I could do it in the shallow end. Well guess what, I went in at an angle, went straight down and face-planted right onto the concrete. Go me.

Jeez, I know I guy who did that and is in a wheelchair now. Paralyzed from the waist down. Don't mess with the shallow end!
