Trust me, I've been trying to bust some ass about a brand new, fancy website for quite awhile.

...but a next video is higher on the agenda. We're also hoping to attract some new blood (who will help with revamping the site).

Please don't take offense by this but out of curiosity... does your parent's basement happen to be in an English speaking country? :lol:

I do have quite a bit of experience in XHTML, CSS, and PHP. I have average experience in JavaScript/AJAX, but that's just for spicing stuff up. My website is a good portfolio of some of my work. It's completely self-programmed and designed (all except for the message board which is PHPBB3 like this one). I've done probably 5 large scale projects (taking longer than 1 month), but several small projects. My website only took me about 2 weeks and still features a lot of secure systems.

Anyway, I'm obviously not the only one to apply for this opportunity so if you would like me to help send me a message or something.

Thanks thbp =)

Do you have a portfolio or something? I like looking at other people's projects and would like to see some of your designs.

Looks nice =)

As far as the code behind it goes, there are a couple errors that keep it from validating.

Code: Select all

<body style="background-image: url(image.jpg);" image.jpg="">
&nbsp;<br />
The "image.jpg" attribute you included there doesn't exist. Also, the &nbsp; and <br /> on the next line needs to be wrapped into a container like <div> or <span>.

I would also recommend you start using an external stylesheet and giving items class or id attributes instead of manually placing style attributes into each one. It will allow making additions to the design easier later on.
EDIT only visted the frontpate on your site
Oh, that's fine. I was just wondering because there was a member named "adam" that joined today and I couldn't think of anyone else who it would be.
