Hello everyone,
If you don't remember me, this post really isn't for you.
This is for those that I have offended and have been looked down by in the past for my previous actions on this forum.
Please note in advanced if you find this post useless, which will most likely be the case, I apologize in advanced but I felt that I should try to make up for my actions months prior on this forum.
Some of you may remember me back a long time ago in late 2009 or so.
I made comments that were racist, stupid, ignorant, and morally wrong in all ways.
After getting back into game development after a long time of doing other projects, I looked back at GyroVorbis videos and remember these forums. I saw it as a small community of people which I could hope to be a part of, however I made a poor choice on my behalf to make stupid, rude and inappropriate comments/remarks towards a certain member of the JForce team, saying that "it's okay because it's JForce so who cares" and "it's alright, Elysian Shadows is in Alabama so it doesn't even matter".
I was also ignorant enough to begin with before learning more about GyroVorbis/Elysian Shadows to blindly side with JForce in the beginning over stupid points and claims such as "XNA is better because it does 3D" and things like that. While I learned from my mistakes back then, members from this forum caught on to that and it was another poor decision I made before, another ignorant judgment on my behalf.
After making the first comments about one of the JForce members I was quickly rejected by many of you that are on this site, and I then brought drama and a bunch of other bull shit that I look at now and truly face-palm at my stupidity and ignorance that I once had posting on these forums. I am very disappointed in myself and what I had said in the past and I felt awful for saying such things and being so ignorant.
The whole point of this post is to basically apologize for my previous actions on this board, and I hope that you can understand and maybe accept me back into your community. I have changed a lot in the months I have been gone, and I feel that even if I'm not accepted back into this community, either way I still wanted to make this for all to see because I was truly disappointed and disgusted at what I had written only months prior to today.
