Interested in joining an awesome new game dev team?

Hi,
I am looking for additional team members to join an awesome new project: Operation Gamma V. To give you an idea of what the game is all about, here is a summary:
I am still working on the Complete Design Document, which should be finished within the next several months. Development can begin once that's ready.
What I need:
I can't pay anything up front, but I am very fair and will split all the profits equally with all the team members. Please message me if you're interested in joining, and let's get this project going! Operation Gamma V!

Commander Murdock is a seasoned veteran of the Galactic Alliance Fleet, but nothing has prepared him for his latest adventure. Upon entering a wormhole on a routine patrol mission, he finds himself stranded in a remote part of the galaxy, with only his ship and loyal crew, and no communication with Galactic Alliance Headquarters. He will have to navigate his way across the galaxy, discovering exciting and sometimes dangerous new species, mining resources, trading, and battling foes in his effort to find his way back home.

- Programmers: I need 2-3 programmers to write all the game code. A game can't run without game code keeping it running, so I will need people who know how to write and run that code.
- Artists: Even the best game is nothing if it doesn't look awesome. I will need the very best in 3D art from 3D artists who can draw in 3D, and who know how to make all the latest 3D effects, like shaders, particles, and polygons.
- Sound creators: I need someone who can create all the sound and music for the game, including explosion sounds, warp sounds, and weapon firing sounds. Music will be an important part of the game too, and will affect the player's mood depending on the situation. For example, it will play sad music during sad situations and exciting music during exciting situations.
