Looks cool! I dont have enought times to read through the terms, but it seems legit.
Have you heard about the Activision Indie Game Contest?
I would link it, but Activision's site is written in flash - so I cant.
Anyway, Activision is not so nice if you look at their terms.

Yeah, the Activision contest is garbage. It is effectively an admission that it has run out of ideas and wants to buy the next big one that comes along.

Whenever I see a contest, I think of scam.
They could make their game, announce a high reward contest, have someone in their team to register with their game, and declare him a winner no matter what, sell all the other ideas or use them.. 100% win.
Anyway, if I made a game that was good enough for a 100k contest, I'd rather sell it myself, register company, employ.
This just doesn't seem worth it.

They should make it so you take a cut of whatever IP you create. Even if it was only 5%, if it's successful then it'd be a nice making. Of course, they'll release one game on it, then version 2 will be "so different" that they'll wiggle themselves out of it legally somehow, and eventually end the IP at Game 13.
