Yeah it has been a while now, and no I have not stopped my project, in fact i prob spend wayyy too much time on it. There is one thing though :) , I kind of changed direction a little bit. Art was one of my big issues, I didn't like asking people for art so I would benefit only. I needed a better way where I could do a lot of the art and at the same time not look like i did the art drunk with a mouse in ms paint. I changed to a top down view, obviously there is a lot less to do here because direction no longer matters, I just have to rotate the right way. Also some of the elements have changed and I have chosen to go less on the ammo-reserve horror game to more of an action shoot um up (i know, original right). Also I have a local friend that is helping me doing most the art and a bit of code. Also I moved away from allegro and mappy. I wanted to do my own map editor, and thanks to a lot of monster and that irish kid and his extremely helpful videos, i know have a working map system that I wrote (copied through his tutorial so not really) but I know all the ins and outs and can make changes accordingly, plus learning is always better. My plan was to have the game done by halloween but i dont think its going to happen. I keep adding bosses and enemies and weapons and .... i get too excited about implementing new things and seeing them in action.

Anyways I could explain changes forever, or show you. I put a couple videos up.... and still comments are appreciated as always

Sorry for the delay in posting but work has been crazy and it took a long time changing everything so it would be presentable.

thanks guys

Sometimes you have to take a break from coding so much and do something else, so i made a very early development trailer for fun and think i broke a couple copywrite laws in the process. Also we decided on the title. enjoy

I made a quick update of the turrets the player will be able to buy, and limited to one, will be upgradeable to 2.

Also slowed down the enemies a bit so you have more chances to move through the gaps they create when in large groups.
and some other housecleaning stuff...
