I'm actually waiting to hear back from two guys who have applied. They are working on a small trial task I asked them to complete.

BUT, just because they have applied doesn't mean they are a good fit. I already rejected one applicant because their style just wasn't what I was looking for.

That's perfectly fine. As talented as you are I can imagine that you have numerous things on your plate.
