Unity 3 Transform Callibration Error

So up to the Unity 3.0 release I working on a building editor so I could quickly make buildings in-game instead of having to model them. I was at the point of almost adding other building blocks when I upgraded to Unity 3, but because of the transform calibration errors for the editing panels I cannot continue development on the editor until I can fix this.
