Yeah, but you need a Chinese bank account, they don't accept PayPal.

Speaking of Dreamcast dev, you señor eatcomics need to get back to work!=D I've already got PuruPuru and multiple controller support! I've also got a base sprite class with texture, coords, and some other stuff in it=D
