Re: Google Interview Questions
Yeah, very interesting. I looked up sewer covers on Wikipedia and it turns out Nashua, New Hampshire (where I currently sit and am attending school) is one of the only cities in the United States with non-circular (triangular) sewer covers. I plan to find one the next time I go out.

IDK how to answer any of those question... Does it mean I'm dumb?
Re: Google Interview Questions
half of the questions are meant to be tests about how you answer as much as the actual answer itself.davidthefat wrote:IDK how to answer any of those question... Does it mean I'm dumb?

Woah, the project managers must have it hard. ;pYou are shrunk to the height of a nickel and your mass is proportionally reduced so as to maintain your original density. You are then thrown into an empty glass blender. The blades will start moving in 60 seconds. What do you do?

Lmao, I wonder who replied with "If shrunk down to the height of a nickel I would be so dense I would have no reason to fear the blades." causing them to add in the bit about proportional mass.Arce wrote:Woah, the project managers must have it hard. ;pYou are shrunk to the height of a nickel and your mass is proportionally reduced so as to maintain your original density. Wow, the only one I know how to answer is the manhole cover one. All the rest made my skull hurt. That's probably because I know dick about programming, but still.

I was gonna say I'd be too dense to move so it wouldn't matter xDdandymcgee wrote:Lmao, I wonder who replied with "If shrunk down to the height of a nickel I would be so dense I would have no reason to fear the blades." causing them to add in the bit about proportional mass.Arce wrote:Woah, the project managers must have it hard. ;pYou are shrunk to the height of a nickel and your mass is proportionally reduced so as to maintain your original density.
