SDL and OpenGL font conversion

I'd really like to get this working in my game engine, but I used SDL to make window, so I don't have the hDC to fill in those parameters and it fails. I'd rather not rewrite to use windows window generation, so can someone help me modify this to run with a SDL generated window?
