Capitalizes while he knows the code can make a profit, then releases back to the community when he knows it is of no objective value to the company any longer...
I think the rabid open-source, communistic, elitist, GNU loving hippies could learn a thing or two from this kind of software sales paradigm. Respect. Hell, I'd buy the game just to support this.
