Who remembers Ruby and Sapphire where after you beat the game you'd see Latias or Latios randomly around Hoenn.
Well, the same goes for Fire Red and Leaf Green but instead of Latias and Latios you see the Legendary Dogs depending on your starter.
I started with Charmander and saw a Suicune and caught it, without even attacking it, with an Ultra Ball
