Man, I got some money from my report card, and I spent $8 on the first day to buy Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins. That is definately one of, if not the greatest GameBoy game in existance. It's like Super Mario World for GameBoy.

Man, you can get fireflowers, glide around with bunny ears, find secret areas, navigate and overworld, and storm Wario's Castle all in one primitive, cartridge based, 8-bit NES game.

I would like to advise everybody who doesn't have this game either to find a rom and download, or to get your ass to your local game retailer and buy this respectable title.

OMG!

Wow, I guess Arce and I aren't the only people in existance who knew about Super Gameboy. We used to have one, it was really awesome. Then my dad divorced from mom and kept that along with every other video game/accessory from our childhood.

I miss my Super GameBoy. :(

You lost yours?

You have to get another one someday, that must be the sexiest SNES accessory ever.

Amen.

I started a file on that game, and I agree that it's one of, if not the best GB game I've played. I plan to beat it today.

Kirby's Dreamland 2 and Wario Blast are both GREAT GB games also...I say they tie with Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins.

Are you kidding? There's no telling how many hours I've logged away on the Super Gameboy, making custom pallets and all kinds of crap.

I remember that. Arce used to get his ass handed to him by Brock on Poke'mon Yellow.

It's sad how to this day Arce has never beaten an original version. (Yellow, Red, Blue). Showdin, make your wife beat one of them. I think everybody here (even those who hate Poke'mon) have beaten an original at least once back in the day...

Man, I beat 6 Golden Coins a long time ago.

Anyway, I never had a Super Gameboy (My parents would never buy me one), so my first GameBoy was a Gameboy pocket.

Dude, Super Gameboy is not a version of the gameboy. It is a cartridge for SNES that you insert gameboy games into. This device allows you to play GB games on your trusty SNES.

I would willingly bear the children of Super Gameboy. If only I didn't get my tubes tied...
