SNES RPGs

The manna from heaven which I call SNES RPGs have been occupying a lot of my time lately. After about 60 hours I beat Final Fantasy 3 with everything you can get (except for a couple ribbons) and at level 80 something. Before that, I beat Chrono Trigger. Next I'm tackling Super Mario RPG.
Post your favorite SNES RPG.

At the moment, I'd have to say Super Mario RPG. That game is so amazingly great. It represents a huge piece of my childhood. It was actually the first RPG I've ever owned/played.
That may or may not change though, as I haven't played many SNES RPGs and I plan to start soon.

Super Mario RPG. Definately.
Good luck beating it. I have so many fond memories with that game. <3

It's a tie between Chrono Trigger and Earthbound- a game I recommend playing if you like strange things...as in fighting a guy named Frank in a boss battle behind his sleazy arcade while 70's rock music plays.

I'd have to say Chrono Trigger.
Earthbound is okay, but it just wasn't very exciting to me.

Yeah, Super Mario RPG was good, but when I started playing it I was too young to really get into it.

I don't know anything about the other RPG games but I think Super Mario RPG was a great game until my old file got deleted. That really pissed me off.

I'd really recommend Chrono Trigger. It's got some of the best music and characters ever, on any platform.
And I don't know if this counts, but A Link to the Past is pretty good as well.

I'd just like to take a moment and mention that the cartridges of Earthbound and Chrono Trigger that my brpther bought from Gamestop both cost over $30 apiece. (and he bought them just about a year ago!)

That sucks I will tell you something that's worse then that $30 game cartridge. I saw a snes game called Megamanx3 at Game Rhino on sale for $60.

You guys are complaining like these games aren't worth it. Trust me, these games will give you every penny of your investment back--and later on will resale for a
shitload. They're worth every last dime. I'd pay 100 for Chrono Trigger alone.

I do love those snes games but I think that you can get more games that are better and cheaper then the snes games like Sonic Adventure 1 and 2. Those are one of the best games I have ever played in my life.

Some people want more from a game than gameplay. Sonic Adventure is kinda fun...but the plot is nonexistent. Not to mention the dialogue is drowned out by music.
