The video and screenshots were really inspiring, and the project looks awesome.

Re: The adventures of creating a game
I think I heard that 3d models can be made in Blender, and brought into a C++ program using OpenGL and some other library. You can create models in blender, and then export them. Then load the 3d model data into your C++ program and render it with OpenGL. Shouldn't require any extra libraries besid...

Re: Current Project: Beat 'em Up

Being an avid fighting game player, I can understand how valuable this tool will be for you, especially if a lot of the attacks in game as extremely frame dependent. Also, I love the fact that you used Dudley in your screenshot. He's quite possibly one of ...

Re: Clashing Cubes
Thanks Dandy!
Trying to fix it up and possibly add a few more features that I originally intended for but couldn't add due to time restraints. So there will probably be a patch within the next couple days.

Re: Clashing Cubes
That's definitely true. Would be nice to sell it if even for 99cents. I think I'll probably release the second one with some form of pay what you want payment model. That way people can get it for free if they want, but those who want to kinda support me and further projects (since extra money would...

Re: Clashing Cubes
Right now I'm focused on Clashing Cubes II, which should be a lot more entertaining! Some more features, enhanced custom artwork, custom soundtrack, steampunk genre but still as addicting. Afterward, I may consider looking into that (as I've been considering an Iphone port). Also, thanks Ginto for t...

Hi, everyone. I'm just another programmer on Youtube (alias: DualEntity). You guys can call me DualEntity or Casey, whichever you feel more comfortable with. I've only been doing C/++ programming for about a year and a half, but I've been told I have a rather decent grip on it. Also familiar with Py...
