These melons are one of if not the best I've had. Once we found out the name opf them, we looked online at the nutritional facts and found out more about them. They are super rare melons with 30% more sugar than other melons and can only be grown in ONE place: South Carolina.
Everybody, you HAVE to try these. When showdin somes out, we're going to take a whole one each when we decide to trek to the flea market.
Oh, and by the way, all of them that I've had were seedless. I've never had one with seeds. o.o

OMG! When Showdin and Coal came to teh jungle (alabama) we took turns sleeping at the house and at his mom's hotel (which is right next to wal-mart). Well, all day we'd been looking for sprite Melon (the usual places were sold out), so finally we gave up. After we parted (Coal and Gyrovorbis at our house, Showdin and I at the hotel), we met back up at Wal-Mart at 3 in the morning. There we screwed around and did randomness until Gyro and Coal left.
After they left, Showdin and I decided to get some beverages for the SNES-a-thon we'd have that night. We got some goodz, and found Sprite Melon on the way! OH GLORY!
Showdin bought us three. We each ate 1 at about 5 in the morning, and went to bed about an hour later. When we woke up, we hooked back up with Coal and Gyro at Wal-Mart. We told them of the Melon, so they went to buy them.
All 50 or so melons that had previously been there were moved. Now, in the spot of the melons, were apples. So we searched the whole store. Twice. NOTHING. I guess Coal and Gyro weren't destined to get melon, because when we came back later that night there was magically melon again. I shit you not, there was. We ended splitting our 3 melon with them and they still haven't got their own. o.o
