Ok, what's with teh secret forums?

I know this topic will probably get moved to Posts You Shouldn't Make by some idiot, but I'm confused.

I saw a two secret forum thingies, and when I tried to go in them, it said, "This forum does not exist." So I refreshed. They were gone.

What is going t3h on?

Again, how is this a post you shouldn't make? Maybe we need some sort of rules going on here, but the only ones I see that really fit to move to the dontmakethispost forum are stupid posts with no punctuation that are utterly childish and unreadable or obscene and insulting ones. I'm moving this back too, albeit locked.
