Where do your loyalties stand?

Post by Falco Girgis »

So tell me, with this upcoming generation of hardware and new gadgets, where will you stand? Sony? Microsoft? Nintendo?

This previous generation of hardware, I've stuck with Sony throughout. Through my experience, I have lost lots of my respect I once had for Sony. Its hardware is obviously inferior. But hardware really isn't what makes a console. Take, for instance, the fact that you have to buy a multi-tap to play 4 player. The damn thing costed as much as a lamecube and X-box put together. Not to mention the box and cube are better than it as far as power goes any day. I'm sick of being cheated out of my money.

Nintendo's console standing blows. No way in hell I'm getting a Lamecube II or LameSphere. Whatever those bastards at Nintendo dish up, they can shove it right back up there ass.

Which leaves me with Microsoft. The console isn't so expensive. It has a NICE hardrive. It has an operating system. WAY more sophisticated than any other console in its time. What does that sound like? *cough*Dreamcast*cough*. So yes, I plan to buy an X-box or X-trapezoid.

As for handheld, my loyalties do, and always have been with Nintendo. I don't understand how their console works suck so much ass yet there Handhelds remain so respectable. But they pull it off. The Nintendo DS for SURE! No way in hell I'm getting that overpriced paperweight of a PSP.

So, foo, where do your loyalties stand? :mario?:

I prefer X-Box, although "loyalties" don't exist. GC has some excellent texturing (too bad most games are poopy), X-Box has some nice games (ninja gaiden, halo, more), and I've never played a PS2.
I realized the moment I fell into the fissure that the book would not be destroyed as I had planned.
