Most awesome weekend.

Right after school, I loaded Skywalker and Drakor up and we drove all the way to the Tenn/Alabama border (officially the farthest I've ever driven) and we picked up HS.

I drove all the way back home from there in the dark. We listened to Samba music with the speakers turned up. It's hilarious when people are just :nono:ing as you drive by with crazy Mexican music turned up full blast with the windows down.

Once we get home, we decide to see the Doom movie. So believe it or not, my mom lets me drive. So I'm on the freeway for my first time alone at night with 4 people in the car. We stopped off at CompUSA and bought a case of 16 BAWLS and about 3-4 packs of BAWLs mints.

We headed over to the movies where we worked for an hour to try and sneak into Doom. None of our parents minded, but we forgot about the age restriction. We tried multiple people to pose as our parents and they still wouldn't let us in.

So we drive to the mall, hang out then drive to the theatre behind the mall.

They told us there that if they had the movie playing, that they would've been kind enough to let us in without parents. So we decided that we liked that theatre better and just wound up seeing Serenity, which turned out being a good movie.

Then I drove us home on the freeway at like 1:00 and we went to Wal-Mart for energy drinks before having a Dreamcast-a-thon all night.

Man, I have driven EVERYWHERE and I haven't had my license for even a week yet. It's still a temporary paper license. My parents pretty much let me to wherever now, because they think driving to HS's house is like the hardest thing I could do.

So anyway, we had an effing A weekend. It's not over yet either. HS is spending the night AGAIN!

Doom is bad. Very bad. Better than expected, but still, very bad. I saw it last night becuase the LAN I'm at currently paid for anyone who wanted to go on opening night.

I heard it was pretty cool, but nothing special. I mean...if you were expecting a Requiem for a Dream-level masterpiece, or Saw-level horror film, yeah, you'll be disappointed, but otherwise you should walk away going "that was alright".

If you're going to get Bawls find a distributer. You can usually get a 24 bottle box for $24 from them.

Holy crap, that far..... I 've drove all by myself to California, Florida, Michigan, Illinois, and South Carolina. I personally think driving more than 5 hrs. is really borng.
