So how was Clinton a good president again?

I never said he was a good president. He was better than Bush is though. And like Xylene said, who gives if he cheated on his wife. No one likes Hilary Clinton anyway.

Wow.... that was so uncalled for. You should be shot... But just in the toe because you didnt go any further....

Clinton did a bunch of good and bad. He got most of the world starting to get pissed at us. He did, however, increase budget surplus. I dont much care to type it all out but I'll cut it short. He kind of broke even. For me, the sex scandal tips him off balance to make me mad at him (as a person, not a president)

Improving international relations with China and other such countries, lowering the size of our military and its budget, urging on the NASA program, lowering taxes by improving the efficiency of the economy--note, he's one of the few democratic presidents that saw leaps and bounds in the economy in his term. He was a good president, unless of course you just refuse to believe in such things as good presidents.
