It is very easy to argue that it was actually George H. W. Bush that created the surplus of money during Clinton's presidency. But to the topic questions, I am sadly a little over a month too young to vote. But if I were too vote I'd probably vote for Obama. I really don't like him all that much but I dislike him less than McCain, mainly because of their views on the war.
