Conficker C Worm?

Hey all,
I recently heard of a worm, probably coming to the U.S.A Tommorow.
Its called the conficker c worm.
I hear its uber bad.
I dont want a screwed pc.
Give opinions and feedback i would like to know what you know!

The idea is that you already have it, it just doesn't do anything until Apr 1.
I realized the moment I fell into the fissure that the book would not be destroyed as I had planned.

well it's April 1 and nothing horrible has happened to my computer... I guess this is their way of saying...

Yeah, this was a laugh... all you needed was all the MS updates and an anti-virus program with updated definitions and you were fine. I work in IT for a company with around 5000-6000 users and not a one ticket today about malware infections of any sorts, nor did I see anything on my home PCs.
