Jeez, I can't believe your only a year and a half older than me. For some reason I thought you were starting your Senior year of college haha. Happy Birthday!

Re: BIRTHDAYS
Early grad? That's what I'm probably doing. I wrecked house on my AP Exams so it will be really easy for me to get my bachelors in 4 years. I'm thinking about trying to get a double major instead though. If I pack on 18 credits a semester for the first year of the easy required classes I should be able to do that no problem.GyroVorbis wrote:I have about 1 year (and maybe 1 semester) left.Kcirtap1990 wrote:Jeez, I can't believe your only a year and a half older than me. Re: BIRTHDAYS
I was planning on double majoring as either CPE/Math or CPE/EE (electrical engineer). But then I found out that a second major has absolutely no positive benefits on pay, and that I would be wasting my time. It's in your best interest just to graduate ASAP then spend the time that you would dual majoring getting a graduate degree.
I also knocked out a bunch of classes via AP--best decision that I ever made in highschool.
I am probably planning on getting an MBA or masters in computer science.

Re: BIRTHDAYS
College sounds stressful but hell I can barely wait till I'm out of my retarded High School and able to go to college. (95% of the people in my High School are too stupid to have any hope of a successful future...)

Re: BIRTHDAYS
Assuming Butler has a vast percentage of clueless simpleminded potheads then yes Butler is pretty much like my school.aamesxdavid wrote:What, do you go to Butler or something?Bludklok wrote:(95% of the people in my High School are too stupid to have any hope of a successful future...)

Re: BIRTHDAYS
Dude, I already miss High School to be honest. I was the king of my school. I can only hope I'll be as socially successful in college as I was in high school.

Re: BIRTHDAYS
The system is totally different in the UK
it goes
School -> College -> University
I've turned 18, and i'll be moving to university this september, can't wait to move out then
Also, since the age restriction of buying alcohol is 18 in the UK, I can go to a bar now, cool!
I decided to forgoe the usual *get mortal on your birthday and end up carried home* in favour of taking my girlfriend out for a meal and a couple of drinks afterwards, it was really fun!. Overall a very good birthday... oh and my sister bought me LOST season 3 and 4, so now I have them all *currently watching them on my old combi TV *
Congrats falco for passing those exams, i'm still awaiting the results of my A-Levels, i'm not that worried since I gained quite a lot of credit (UMS score) before the final exams, but I honerstly did terrible in my final exams, the stress just got to me, which is odd for me
But college (sixth form) is over, roll on university!
