Yes. Definitely. I'm not sure I could figure that out right now. Too tired.
I'll write a signature once I get some creativity and inspiration...

Umm, making a thread for it is...
Guess they should call it "Are you a human being?"

If people want to talk about it, then why not make a thread for it?Netwatcher wrote:Umm, making a thread for it is...

Never said it's a bad thing, just that it's over the top...rolland wrote:If people want to talk about it, then why not make a thread for it?Netwatcher wrote:Umm, making a thread for it is...

Re: Is This Over The Top?
That's the worst spambot check I've ever seen. While it's nearly impossible for the majority of humans to do without finding some sort of tool to assist them, I'm pretty sure I could craft up a spambot in about 3 minutes that would solve any math problem worded like that (provided it's text and not a Java applet, my OCR skills are rather lacking).

I could probably do that in game maker o.odandymcgee wrote:That's the worst spambot check I've ever seen. I agree, but perhaps that's the test. A spambot would solve it and type in the answer, while a human would just write "wtf" or something like that. :Ddandymcgee wrote:That's the worst spambot check I've ever seen. Anyway, since there is no comma in the text I believe the answer would be about 1.39297278 * 10^-22, but I'm not sure...

sqrt(395025/(1242^(23-67)))^3 = 4.0454067809900981335180095139205e+212
This problem isn't even feasible WITH a calculator because of the many different ways it can be read.

I read it like this:dandymcgee wrote: I got:

cuberoot of (395025/(1242^23)-67). :P I still think "wtf" would be the correct answer. xD

I'm a little late to the party, but... where is this?
I realized the moment I fell into the fissure that the book would not be destroyed as I had planned.
