I have a free domain name...

Random irrelevance that just didn't fit into other forums. Talk about anything.

If anyone doesn't have their own website yet, I can make ye a directory on the vgcreators.com domain, and set ye up an FTP to be able to modify it.

Would we get any SQL databases? My current host kinda sucks and I could just forward my domain to your subdomain.

Well, it has something for SQL (it says 0 of 25 databases in use), but I'm not really sure how it works. :P

That means only 25 people could get a database. And you personally should always have at least 5, just in case you want forums or a blog or something of that nature.

I have a message board (well, two actually) set up with my domains, but it's apparently not taking up any of those.

Some software doesn't take up a database. But this forum, for example, does take one. So does SMF, wordpress, etc.

I don't see how that can be, since Falco and I have the same webhost, and we both have PhpBB boards. o.o

Yeah, I remember using phpBB back in version 2.0 or so, it requires an SQL database to hold users/posts/etc. I'd just want one database to use phpBB myself and play around with integrating it with the rest of my site. We'll talk later this week to figure something out.

No no, what I mean is that it isn't counted into the "total number of Databases".
Yes it uses SQL, but I still have "0/25" used databases, so apparently the phpbb doesn't count.

I think you should maybe reconsider giving out databases, and instead redesign it to say, grant subforums or the like.
I realized the moment I fell into the fissure that the book would not be destroyed as I had planned.

Yeah, I'm not too keen on really giving out databases, I'd really prefer the person just have a simple website if they're going to freeload, it's only polite. ;P
'Ey- Moosader.com is all HTML and CSS because I'm lame. Be like me!

I should probably just suck it up and buy my own hosting anyway. It's pretty cheap nowadays.

If you're really stuck I can always provide you one for free. No strings attached.
I do know that I'm new and there is a thing called credibility but still, you could try it XD
My hosting server is as good as empty because, well I host my own sites and a few of my friends and clients, other than that I don't use this one.
I have multiple servers so thats why :)

You can get up to 300 MB of space and 4 Gig of traffic with "Unlimited" mysql db creations (there are 3 DB servers attached), subdomains and emails :)

If you want it just reply me, counts for anyone. I'd be willing to give out :) (Do use it for proper things and not for porn, youtube-ish stuff etc)
