I especially like this part
For a mere $4.50 it's breakfast, dinner, and a little dessert all in one. That it packs up to 1,000 calories — the donut alone has 10 grams of sugar — doesn't seem to faze diabetic diner Floyd Schuetz.
oh my 1000 calories per donutburger? I'm lucky to get that many in a full 24 hours lol, fuck

I'd have to take a pass on that... And 1000 calories? Wtf? 2 of those would set you at your 2000 cal maximum for the day. Now that I think about it, my calorie intake is less then 600 per day, that would kill me.

OMFG! You don't eat less than 600 calories a day. I call bullshit. Any less than 1800 and they say you're losing weight.

2000 is for a conservative female. A male is more like 2500-3000.

Well when I was 12 I was around 180 pounds. I gradually decreased my calorie intake and now, at 17 years old, I'm 5' 5 and 115 pounds. :)
And by saying 600 a day I don't mean strictly 600. I'd eat more at parties and special occasions.

I don't get it.. What does a 20x15 2D array called Board have to do with calorie intake?

Those 2 monster energy drinks carry about 200-300 calories of that 600

total bs.. if you are 17, 5'5' 115 lbs. to maintain your body weight if you did no exercise what so ever, you would have to eat at least 1475 Calories/day.
you would be surprised how little food it takes to get 1500 calories.

Lol this pic was taken when I was a complete noob with allegro so I actually had to visualize the entire process of collision detection. (Looking back at this picture I keep thinking to myself "wow... what an idiot") ;)

True. But I don't drink them every day.

You'd be surprised at how little I eat, plus I check the nutrition facts and stay away from crap that has like 200 calories in a tiny serving. Its not hard to live on 600-1000 calories, why does everyone think It's impossible?

well im assuming you dont just let monster drinks sit on your desk for days on end, atleast i dont hope so. so lets just assume you have one.
thats 250 calories right there. and those are empty calories. no nutrients what so ever. but will add fat.

there is something called base metabolic rate or BMR, it is the amount of calories someone of a particular age, sex, weight and height has to eat to maintain body weight, and its considered without any exercise. for your frame, age, sex and height its 1500. now based on your own metabolism it can vary within 10 percent of that. but its usually pretty accurate.

so if you only ate 400 (more like 350) less. a total of 1100 a day. you would continue to lose a pound of fat a week till you depleted all your fat reserves and then atrophy/burning of muscle will take place. you will probably live a while(long time), but ultimately you would die from malnutrition effects, liver failure, infection, a common cold.

im not saying you eat alot. but eating 1500 calories is so easy. a trip to a fast food joint results in 1000.and its not really what you eat that does the damage.. its what you snack on. like your monster energy drinks and so on.

note that pro cyclist eat like 5-6k calories when they partake in a event. it does not matter how much you eat. matters what kinda calories, and how many of them you burn off due to activity. you burn more calories eating celery then you get from it. drinking ice cold water is also about 50 calories burnt.

Dude, the point is you need to eat more (and healthier). A 5'5 17 year old should not weigh 115 lbs. that's severely unhealthy. If you want to loose weight just exercise. Do 30 min of cardio, 5 days a week. Do some weight lifting. Fuck dude.
