Okay, so i found this EPIC World War 2 Based MMO. The reason i like it is because its one big world, not little game servers.
Battlegrounds europe.

Video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b-3Ww1QfvjU
Okay, as you can see it is a pretty old game and the graphics/textures look bad.
BUT, for alot of people this game lags.
One of those people being me.
Now, I know shit about computers, but i did some research and found a topic on their forums about a user complaining lag.
His post stated that he had a nvidia 9100 graphics card, THE SAME CARD AS ME.
Users there told him that the card was pretty horrible for gaming.
I am like running disk defragmenter and disk cleaner and all that other shit trying to clean my computer a bit, but the lag is still there.
Now, here are some of my system stats:
System: Windows Vista
RAM: 8G
Hard Drive SPACE: 450 free of 680
Procceser: AMD Phenom 9750 Quad-Core Procceser 2.40 GHZ
Graphics Card: Nvidia Geforce 9100
Okay, so, if anything is bad about those stats tell me..
But anyways, I am planning on getting a new graphics card.
I only have 60$ to spend. I just need one better than the one I have now that can run Battlegrounds Europe (the game stated before) without any (or little) lag. now, like I said before, I KNOW SHIT ABOUT COMPUTERS.
So, I don't know how to put in a graphics card and im afraid of like breaking something. Would geek squad or some other computer company come and put it in for me? I mean, do they do that kind of shit?
Thanks.
EDIT: POSSIBLE GOOD CARD, FEEDBACK?:

Re: My Graphics Card = Fail
Have you tried updating your graphics drivers?
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I think I can program pretty well, it's my compiler that needs convincing!
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
And now a joke to lighten to mood :D
I wander what programming language anakin skywalker used to program C3-PO's AI back on tatooine? my guess is Jawa :P

Re: My Graphics Card = Fail
The graphics don't look too demanding... maybe they are...
You should be fine, so do what programmerinprogress said and try to update your drivers.
Also, try seeing if perhaps your card is overheating, I took about 2 minutes to look up your card and people said they had some issues with that.
Not sure... your best bet is to get a new graphics card, nothing over the top for your price range, but don't get something cheap.

Sup
I agree with the above, also don't buy GeForce 9400 GT it's a shit gfx card for games! but for multimedia it's not too bad.
Update Drivers and look for possible solutions before chucking your old card
If you do chuck your old card, get GeForce 8600gt, 8800gt, 9800gt, or a simular card but make sure it's in your price range & check out product reviews.
