This guy found out an exploit to make steam appear your playing any game you want. So this guy "played" Portal 2, Portal Multiplayer, Halflife 2 - Episode 3, etc on steam.
Someone else asks how to get them.
Hilarity ensures.

Note: It's a very, very long wall of text. Read a bit to see just what's happening then go to the bottom if you wish - you don't miss much. However it's fun to read all of it.

hehe... it's nice, not hilarious though :p
About the so called "prank":
You basically just rename a .exe or a shurtcut to w/e you like , add it as a non-steam game to steam and play.
the only problem is that it appears as "XxxStillAVirgin69xxX is playing non-steam game ShmooCon Delux", so it is easy to recognise a fake like that.

"Programmers are the Gods of their tiny worlds. They create something out of nothing. In their command-line universe, they say when it’s sunny and when it rains. And the tiny universe complies."
