Sup guys, I'm just gonna be a forum whore and create another thread.
I'm working on another project called Pikin Stiks 2. A recreation of Pikin Stiks 1 which is a clone of LusikkaMage's Picking Sticks.
So I'm sure some of you guys are wondering: Does this mean the Zombie Outrage 2 is being cancelled?
The answer is no. Zombie Outrage 2 is still in development as usual, I just have 2 projects now instead of one.
I'm sure others are curious about things like this: Picking Sticks clone? Why make a thread for that? Picking Sticks is EAAAAAAAAASYYYYYYYYY
And you're right, Picking Sticks is a very easy game to make. Some would recommend it as your first game project. So why would I work on a project like Zombie Outrage, and a game like Picking Sticks? Well...
Pikin Stiks 2
Features
Standard Picking Sticks Game Play
Day and Night System Online Multi-player Game mode (WIP)
Looks pretty cool, the online gameplay sounds neat as well. Are you using a client/server model for online gameplay or a client/client model? Either way, it looks cool, good luck with your project.
Updated Pikin Stiks 2. Before the online game play was real easy and cheep. Each person had their own playing field, you couldn't see other people just their name and score. But now it's changed!
Pikin Stiks 2's online game mode now features mutli player where the sticks are synced and controlled by the server. You can see other people and their score. I played and tested it with a friend last night and recorded it. Check it out here:
The graphics are vaguely familiar. They remind me of this game that someone here was making, but I believe the developer stopped working on it in order to "pursue other opportunities." Oh well, there's no use dwelling on the past.
Next step: PVP.

Well, I did practically rip the player off of Zo2. But that's not dead, I'm still working on it. In fact I sort of implemented online multiplayer to Pikin Stiks 2 to get enough experience to...
Never mind.
The sticks you collect can be crafted to make weapons! Or you could just throw your sticks
