I think that it would be good to mention some new stuff in the newest 1.2 update:
-Note blocks
-dyes for wool
-Squids
-cake
-dispensers (can be used as indiana jones like traps that fire arrows)

It's some pretty cool stuff to have fun with.

Creepers aren't so bad.. Unless of course you don't see one coming... or they come at you in masses D: I don't like skeletons >.>

Got to meet a spider jockey today. My friend told me about them but I figured it was like a mod or something he saw on youtube.

Anways I'm in my house (its three stories, first floor solid cobble, second floor cobble with the walls mostly glass, and third floor is like all glass but it has a ledge onto the roof, and there's no roof but there's sand at the top because I was going to put cacti on top to kill spiders.) Well I'm in my house and I hear a LOOOT of spiders and a skeleton, I'm running around trying to figure out where the hell they're at, so I go up to the top floor see 3 spiders standing on the ledge, and a skeleton riding on another spider. It turns out they can climb glass but when they hit the sand they fall, so I pulled out my sword and killed them from my roof door, I know have plenty of string :D
