Personally, I think it's a great idea. But I highly doubt the pricetag and the developers ability to pull this off. If they can, it would be a nice little console (obviously it won't be able to compete with larger brands). My question is though, is the market big enough for a considerable profit?
I mean, there is Xbox Live for indie games already, which can easily generate some nice revenue for the developers. Personally, I don't think that many developers would want to develop fully (as in, to make a profit) for the console because of a small market. It's not worth their time. Other than market and pricing issues, the idea is great.
