This idea is so crazy it's awesome. Basically if you're following daylight savings time, you may know your clocks need to move back 1 hour at 2:00 AM on the
30th of October 6th of November (reminder to self, end of DST does
not always coincide with Halloween week!
). So at this point, you start coding a quick game at 2AM in DST and finish it at 2AM post DST.

I found this in another forum and think some people here would get a kick out of it. Plus for most of us, it would take place dead in the middle of the night, when most of us have our coding skills very focused

Nice concept, but in America DST isn't over until November 6th.

Yes, that's when the game jam takes place.
I said Oct. 30th, because I was incorrect. I always tend to assume DST ends in the Halloween week lol. So I'm gonna correct my first post.

Actually, it was on the 30th. You were not incorrect. There's still an October event going on for 17 more hours though.
