Really neat hour long panel that consists of 2 AAA studio programmers and 2 indie developers that that discuss breaking into the industry, what it takes, answers to common questions, etc.... Really insightful, lots of things addressed that we see get asked all the time about breaking into the industry.
I posted this here instead of the Programming sub-forum because it's more about industry than tech talk. I hope you all give this a watch.
