We kicked off OVER half the team for sitting around with their thumbs up their assholes spectating while we carried the burden of the project.

Please list all of the contributions everyone kicked from the team has made to the project in the last three years.

Clearly you have a good point too... Especially considering we've made more progress in the last couple months than we have in years with this project without all of the dead weight... You guys sure must have been really important contributors!

They were not removed due to lack of wanting to contribute... they were removed because of their lack of contributing. Intent is not the same as deed, and while I'm sure it would be a lot easier to sit around vicariously waiting for everyone else to make our dreams come true for us, I'd prefer to not beg for people to contribute to a project they should WANT to be a part of. Those of us who want to be here simply are; those removed have not contributed to the project in a long time and were warned on several occasions. Hell, more than one of them didn't even notice that their forum rights and GIT access was revoked for quite some time.
