Congratulations to mearalt!

Random irrelevance that just didn't fit into other forums. Talk about anything.

Congratulations to mearalt!

Post by aamesxdavid »

Just noticed this, and the more I looked into it, the more hilarious it got.
Birthdays:
Congratulations to: mearalt (42)
Here's a little info on our dear friend mearalt:

He joined these forums on Sat May 02, 2009 2:51 am, and was incidentally last seen on Sat May 02, 2009 2:57 am. During the day he is a full time опрыскиватель пеногенератор, but outside of work he's all about the английские туманы. He currently resides in садовым опрыскивателем помыть. He has exactly 0 posts on these forums. His website is http://forum.singbake.com/profile.php?m ... le&u=28530, Singapore's #1 bakery association. NerbCremy, as he is called there, joined those forums on April 29th 2009, and made exactly 0 posts.

It gets a little confusing from here, because he lists his interests as "ãåíåðàòîð òóìàíà", and occupation as "êîìíàòíûé òóìàí". It's unclear whether he was suddenly fired from his job as a опрыскиватель пеногенератор and hired at this new position between these 3 days. Similarly, his interest there is in ôîòî äóáíà òóìàíîâ. His website there is listed as http://forum.roadnet.ru/index.php?showtopic=1779, which if I'm reading "Ссылка, по которой вы попали на эту страницу является «мертвой» или удаленной." correctly, seems to imply that this topic does not exist. And that is where the tale of mearalt/NerbCremy ends.

So if you have a minute, send a personal message to congratulate our very own mearalt on turning 42 today. You won't get computer AIDS, I promise.

Obviously our old anti-bot system:
"What color are clouds:
* green
* purple
* white
* polka-dot

What website are you at
* yourmom.com
* thechaosrift.com [elysianshadows.com]
* supermariobros.com
* slashdot.org
" was better than CAPTCHA. We should figure out how to put that back. Last time for it was a phpBB2 mod. Surely there's an equivalent for phpBB3.

Having a unique security system is always far more bot-proof than having one that Everybody uses, even if it's the latest version.
