Good luck, and good luck finding any UK university that teaches C++ anymore, it's an absolute travesty, i'm currently learning Java
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I think I can program pretty well, it's my compiler that needs convincing!

And now a joke to lighten to mood :D

I wander what programming language anakin skywalker used to program C3-PO's AI back on tatooine? my guess is Jawa :P

Interesting, I wonder why this is? I took C at my university last semester and I will be taking C++ and C++ Advanced Problem solving this semester. Although they also offer Java, SQL, VB, and several other languages.

C++/Advanced problem solving in a summer course sounds like fun. At my college I had a full semester of intro to C and C++, then another semester called "Advanced Data Structures in C++". The first semester was pretty easy, the second was a little more difficult, but I had already been programming (on/off) for 4 years in a variety of languages/scripts (RB/VB, Python, AppleScript, Java) so it wasn't that hard for me.
Seeing what you made previously I'm sure you will do well.

There is also an Advanced Data Structures course at my university. I will probably take this in the near future. I'm really hoping to solidify my skills in C++ and object oriented programming in general within the next year or two.

I Had my first C++/collage class this summer. I am pretty sure I finished with a B (hopefully) I haven't gotten my final results.

Good job. Not to preemptively one-up you but I just got my results back today and I got a 98 on the final exam and an A average. I hope the same for you :)
